 Fitness 14 allows the freezing of an account for 1 (one) month once per year per member. 

If the member is temporarily relocating out of Las Vegas, we allow a one time freeze for up to 3 months if verification of the move is provided. 

Military personnel or members with a valid medical reason supplemented with a Doctors note will be allowed a 6 month freeze.
Activation of an account freeze will occur only upon the next billing date after the request is received and can only be applied in 1 month increments.

If you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so with a 30 day notice, in which case you will be billed one final time and have access for the remainder of that payment cycle.

We do not freeze, cancel, or pro-rate pre-paid accounts. All pre-paid accounts are final upon payment and cannot be refunded.
